Document Modification Reporting

 

This feature adds a MaxMonitor Report of the Document Modifications recorded on the Document Properties.

: This is a Version 8 Feature and requires the purchase of the MaxSecurity Module. For information on obtaining this or any other feature, please contact the Sales Department

Now when documents are modified, a reason for modification must be entered.

This reason will be included on the Report of Document Modifications.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select the MaxMonitor Interface and the tab to display the Document Modification Screen.

Select from the following Selection Criteria to narrow down the items included on the report.

Once all selection criteria have been selected, click the button to extract the report.


Note
: Document Modification Tracking will not go back and find modifications prior to this feature being initialized.
