Document Modification Reporting

This feature adds a MaxMonitor Report of the Document Modifications recorded on the Document Properties.

Now when documents are modified, a reason for modification must be entered.

This reason will be included on the Report of Document Modifications.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select the MaxMonitor Interface and the tab to display the Document Modification Screen.

Select from the following Selection Criteria to narrow down the items included on the report.

Select All Documents or a List of Documents.
Select the Modification Date Range
Operator: Select from a Single Operator, a list of Operators or a Team of Operators
Group/Order By: Group the order of the Documents on the Report by Date, Team or User Code. If several modified documents have the same date or code, the second group/order by code will sort those within that group.

Once all selection criteria have been selected, click the button to extract the report.

Note: Document Modification Tracking will not go back and find modifications prior to this feature being initialized.
